Each person who successfully converts a project and refers friends or family will receive cashback.
Modular Kitchen and Furniture vouchers will only be available to the Referee once 5% of the project value has been paid, or until the commencement of construction, whichever comes first.
The completion of the ground floor slab signifies the successful conversion of a project.
Within two weeks following a project's successful conversion, cashbacks will be awarded.
At the project's last milestone, the new project's discount amount will be discounted.
Direct account transfers are the sole method acceptable for making all payments.
In a year, a person can make reference to any number of persons.
Only in the cities where SS InfraCorp operates is the condition applicable.

Benefits for Referrer (the person making the referral): The maximum payout for each successful conversion of a referral is listed below.

1. Services

a) All kinds of clients and service providers (each, a "SP") are connected by SS InfraCorp. We assist clients in finding and choosing an SP according to the qualities that are most important to them.

b) SS InfraCorp will serve as a go-between and help the client finish the project in accordance with the terms of the contract that was signed by the client and an SP. SS InfraCorp will offer services for monitoring the project's phases and development when the client and SP have signed the contract, sent a copy of it to SS InfraCorp, and the project has started.

c) Only registered firms (B2B) may receive building materials.

d) End users or individual clients (B2C) are unable to purchase building supplies from the SS InfraCorp Building Material Supply team.

a) The SCM team has predetermined deadlines for completing a certain material type.

f) Within 48 hours of delivery, SS InfraCorp will raise an invoice directly with the company.

g) In exchange for a certain commission charge, SS InfraCorp will provide plot developers with the leads of customers looking for assistance with plotting. The customer will not engage SS InfraCorp in any way while negotiating the price of the land they are purchasing.

h) Brick& Bolt will advertise its client partners online. There will be a set charge for this assistance. SS InfraCorp will not participate in any negotiations over the property's pricing.

i) The number of storeys and build-up space may affect package rates.

2. Visiting And Making Use Of Our Website And Services

Technical Support: We will provide you with our regular technical support as part of our services. In order to enable the provision of Services from SP to End Customer and payment from End Customer to SP in compliance with the terms of the agreement between SP and End Customer, SS InfraCorp shall grant access to its business Platform to all of its registered users (both the SPs and the End Customers). Neither the End Customer nor the User, nor any SP, may regard SS InfraCorp to be a principal or agent. For this reason, SS InfraCorp disclaims any liability with regard to any transactions that occur between users of its business platform.

By giving registered users of its platform these chances, SS InfraCorp firmly forbids any User from submitting any unlawful, libellous, discriminating, inappropriate, indecent, or offensive items in any way and for any reason. If any of these materials or content are posted from any user's account, SS InfraCorp may, among other remedies, immediately and without notice deactivate that user's account.

5. Account Details

a) Information about sales of products and services, expenses, payments and amounts owed, and specifics of the goods and services may be uploaded by SS InfraCorp to the Platform in relation to transactions with clients (this information is called "Transaction Information"). Depending on the contact information that SPs and customers have supplied on the Platform, Transaction Information may be shared by phone calls, text messages, WhatsApp, emails, or other electronic channels.

b) When SS InfraCorp creates or uploads a customer's first transaction information, it notifies the customer that it will use the platform to record that transaction information as well as transaction information related to future transactions. It also requests the customer's express consent to do so.

(i) the customer's phone number and other contact information must be shared with Us in order for Us to create a profile of them on the Platform;

(ii) divulge such Transaction Data to Us and other parties in order to enhance Our Services;

(iii) receive correspondence from Us about the following:

(A) details about the transactions they have recorded on the Platform;

(B) requests for payment;

(D) offers and services for promotion from Us and our third-party partners; and (E) any other issue pertaining to the Services.

(c) The SP will instantly stop using the Services in connection with that customer if the customer refuses to give consent or withdraws consent.

6. You Have Duties

a) By agreeing to these Terms, the User represents and certifies that all information submitted through or in relation to the Services is true, accurate, and complete, and that it will remain true, accurate, and full for the duration that the User uses the Services. In the event that the User's information changes while these Terms are in effect, the User agrees to notify Us of the changes right away. If the User provides any information, documentation, material, or data to access the Services that is false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading, or if the User omits to disclose any material fact, we disclaim all duty and responsibility for any loss or damage the User may experience.

b) The User will have exclusive responsibility for making sure that all applicable laws are followed, and will also bear exclusive accountability for any legal ramifications that may result from a violation of this responsibility.

c) In the event that the User violates any of its responsibilities or covenants under these Terms, the User shall cooperate fully with Us in Our defense of any actions that may be brought against It.

d) Users should routinely and independently store, backup, and archive such Transaction Information even though We make commercially reasonable steps to give Users a daily backup of their Transaction Information.

g) The User may only use the Services in ways that are specifically allowed by these Terms. Without restricting the previous sentence's generality, the User is not permitted to:

(i). violate any third party's proprietary rights, such as trade secrets, patents, trademarks, or copyrights;

(ii). copy, display, distribute, alter, publish, reproduce, store, transmit, post, translate, make any derivative works based on, or license the Services, save as may be provided hereunder;

(iii). utilize the Services to email or upload any content that includes malware, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware, or any other malicious software intended to negatively impact the functionality of any computer hardware or software.

(iv). utilize any automated tool, robot, spider, or manual method to observe or replicate the Platform, Services, or any part of them;

(v). participate in the methodical retrieval of content from the Platform or Services in order to directly or indirectly assemble or construct a directory, database, or collection;

(vi). utilize the Services in a way that violates these terms, whether through (A) illegal activity, (B) fraudulent or harmful activity, or (C) any other way;

(vii). breach any applicable laws

7. Our Copyright

a) All intellectual property deriving from the Platform and Services, as well as all rights, title, and interest therein, are held by or otherwise licensed to SS InfraCorp. We grant the User a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Platform and Services in accordance with these Terms and any written instructions that may be published from time to time, subject to compliance with these Terms.

a) From time to time, we could ask Users to provide recommendations and other input—such as bug reports—about the Platform or Services ("Feedback"). It is without restriction of any kind deriving from the User's intellectual property rights and without payment of royalty or acknowledgment or prior approval, and we are free to use, copy, disclose, publish, display, distribute, and exploit the Feedback.

c) These Terms grant neither Us nor any third party any ownership or license rights to any intellectual property, unless expressly provided otherwise.

8. Term & Termination

a) Until terminated in line with the provisions above, these Terms shall continue in force.

b) If a User violates or breaches any of its duties, responsibilities, or covenants under these Terms, We may immediately and at any time, at its sole discretion, terminate the User's access to or use of the Services, or any portion thereof.

c) In the event that Clause 8(b) is terminated:

(i). The Services are going to "time-out"

(ii). The User will not be able to use any Services features; and

(iii). With the exception of sections that specifically state or are meant to survive termination or expiration, these Terms will terminate.

d) In spite of anything in the Terms to the contrary, all amounts or unpaid money owed by you in connection with your use of or access to the Services shall become immediately payable upon termination of a User's access to or use of the Services.

9. Disclaimers And Warranties

a) You bear all liability for the use of the Services.

b) SS InfraCorp does not support, advocate for, endorse, or approve of any SP that makes goods or services available via the Services. Although we make an effort to verify that SPs fulfill specific standards, we cannot guarantee or suggest that any SP is properly licensed, qualified, bonded, insured, or able to perform any services. A product, service, or other piece of information that is mentioned by a manufacturer, supplier, or other entity does not indicate or constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation from us.

c) All product names, trademarks, and logos that are not owned by SS InfraCorp that appear on our services belong to their respective owners. Any estimate given in relation to the Services is merely a suggestion and does not represent a guarantee as to how much your particular project will really cost. The terms, conditions, warranties, and representations pertaining to any dealings you have with organizations and/or individuals you find on or via the Services, as well as the payment and delivery of products and services, are unique to you and these organizations and/or individuals.

d) Before completing any transaction with any of these third parties, whether online or offline, you should conduct whatever research you deem necessary or appropriate. You acknowledge and agree that SS InfraCorp will not be held accountable or liable for any loss or harm that arises from any of these transactions. You acknowledge that SS InfraCorp is under no duty to get involved in disputes between users and any third party, including other participants on this site. You release SS InfraCorp, its affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents, advertisers, shareholders, licensors, licensees, and suppliers from any and all claims, demands, and damages of any kind, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or our Services, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users. You understand and agree that this waiver is a crucial and important part of these terms, and that SS InfraCorp would not have agreed to these terms otherwise.

e) All we are is a provider of technology platform services.

g) The Services are offered "as is" and "as available," to the extent allowed by relevant law. We do not guarantee that the Services will perform as intended or that there will be no errors or interruptions in their operation.

g) We explicitly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, arising out of the Services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. These warranties include the following: merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, compatibility, applicability, usability, appropriateness, and any warranty that may result from usage of trade, course of dealing, or course of performance.

h) You expressly agree and understand that We shall have no obligation whatsoever regarding any repercussions that may result from your use of the Services, and you accept full responsibility for any such consequences.

All liability for any loss or harm resulting from or related to: SS InfraCorp, its affiliates, and its related parties is disclaimed to the maximum degree permitted by law.

(i). how you use, are unable to use, or are unable to access the Services, including any services provided by third parties;

(ii). The presence or occurrence of any flaw, delay, or disruption in the operation or transfer of data to, from, or through the Services; failure of communications; theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to Our data, programs, services, server, or other related infrastructure; or

(iii). the Services' inability to continue running for any length of time.

10. Indemnity

You agree to hold Us, our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their officers, associates, successors, assigns, licensors, employees, directors, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any claim, demand, lawsuits, judicial proceeding, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs (including, without limitation, from all damages, liabilities, settlements, costs, and attorneys' fees) due to or arising out of your access to the Services, use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or any infringement of these Terms by any third party who may use your account with Us.

11. Limitation Of Liability

Despite anything in this agreement to the contrary, neither SS InfraCorp nor any of its affiliates or related parties will be liable to you or any other party for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or for any loss of income or profits resulting from, connected to, or arising out of these Terms or the Services in any way. You hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless SS InfraCorp, its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and each of their directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, and causes of action arising out of the Services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Concent To Use Data

a) You consent to Us collecting and using your information, technical data, and associated information in compliance with Our Privacy Policy.

b) To further improve the efficacy and efficiency of the Platform, we may use information and data about your usage of the Services for analytics, trend detection, and statistical reasons.

c) Subject to applicable laws, We may receive orders from the government, law enforcement, or other relevant organizations disclosing information about Users in connection with criminal investigations. You recognize and accept that We will be entitled to disclose such information with the appropriate authorities in such cases.

13. Modification

The Services (or any portion thereof) may be added to, changed, or discontinued at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, by SS InfraCorp. Any such addition, alteration, suspension, or termination of the Services will not subject us to liability.

14. Compliance With Applicable Laws And Regulations

Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations: By using the Services, you agree to abide by all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. You also accept all liability and responsibility for your use of the Services. We retain the right to immediately suspend or terminate your use of the Services if SS InfraCorp reasonably judges that your use of the Services is not in compliance with relevant laws. You will be entirely responsible for any penalties and other sanctions for legal noncompliance.

Potential Suspension or Termination of Service for Non-Compliance: SS InfraCorp may suspend its service to stop further calls to those numbers through its service if, for any reason, it reasonably believes that your use of the services is in violation of federal, state, local, or other rules and regulations, or is harassing customers or businesses. Furthermore, SS InfraCorp might examine your Service preferences.

15. Jurisdiction, Governing Laws, And Dispute Resolution

a) The laws of India shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and governance of these Terms. Bangalore courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these Terms or the use of the Services, subject to other provisions in this Clause.

b) The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time, which is presumed to be included by reference in this Clause, shall govern any disagreements, conflicts, disputes, or differences arising out of these Terms and shall be settled by arbitration in Bangalore. SS InfraCorp will appoint one (1) arbitrator to serve on the tribunal. English will be used as the arbitration's language.

c) Unless required by law, the parties to the arbitration shall maintain the confidentiality of the arbitration and not disclose it to any other party, other than on a need-to-know basis or to legal advisors. All of the parties hereto shall be bound by the arbitrator's decision, which shall be final.

d) In the event of a dispute, each arbitration party will be responsible for its own costs.

16. Miscellaneous Provisions

a) Modification - SS InfraCorp retains the right, at its sole discretion, to amend these Terms and to impose new or different guidelines on users' access to the Services. Unless specifically rejected (in which case these Terms will end), any changes and additional terms and conditions will be explained to you, take effect right away, and become a part of these Terms. These Terms will end if you refuse to accept such modifications.

b) Severability - In the event that a court or other competent authority rules that any part of these Terms is illegal or unenforceable, the remaining parts of these Terms will remain in force. A provision that is illegal or unenforceable will be deemed lawful or enforceable if a portion of it is deleted; otherwise, the remainder of the provision will remain in effect (unless this goes against the explicit intent of the clause, in which case the relevant provision as a whole will be deemed deleted).

c) Assignment: Without Our prior written agreement, you are not permitted to license, sell, transfer, or assign in any way any of your rights, responsibilities, or covenants under these Terms. In our sole discretion, and subject to any conditions it thinks fit, we may grant or withhold this consent. Without giving you any previous notice, we may assign its rights to any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or successors in interest in any business related to the Services.

d) Notices - Except for regular operational communications, all notices, requests, demands, and decisions for SS InfraCorp under these Terms should be forwarded to info@ssinfracorp.com. Please email us at info@ssinfracorp.com with any questions you may have about these Terms.

e) Rights of Third Parties: No third party shall have the right to enforce any of the conditions of this agreement.

f) Translations: To the extent that a circumstance (such as a natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, riot, labor dispute, governmental action, or Internet disturbance) was outside of SS InfraCorp's reasonable control, the company shall not be accountable for subpar performance.

g) Force Majeure: No third party shall be entitled to the enforcement of any of the obligations herein.

h) Entire Agreement - These Terms replace all previous and contemporaneous communications of any kind between You and SS InfraCorp regarding the Services and constitute the entire agreement between You and SS InfraCorp regarding the Services.

i) Waiver - SS InfraCorp's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision. Moreover, any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall not be regarded a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

j) Attorney Fees: In the event that the SS InfraCorp Parties file a lawsuit against you due to your breach of these Terms, they shall be entitled to recover from you all reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation costs, together with any other relief awarded to them. You agree to pay such costs and attorneys' fees.

k) In addition to the privacy policy, these terms of use will control how you use the website and app.

l) You might need to register for an account on our website and mobile application, where you'll need to enter your login credentials and choose a password. It is your duty as a registered user with an account and password to keep your password private.

m) Confidentiality: You promise to keep all information private and to only divulge it when necessary to comply with legal requirements. By signing this agreement, you also give us permission to contact you with offers for campaigns, promotions, or similar activities by phone calls, emails, short messaging services (SMS), or any other media. By using the contact methods listed above, you agree that they do not fall under the Telecom Regulation Authority of India's ("TRAI") definition of "unsolicited commercial communication." You consent to hold us, our directors, and our staff members harmless from any losses or damages that they may sustain as a result of any action taken by TRAI or any authority in response to any false complaint that you may have made in this regard.

n) Warranties: Wherever a 5-year warranty is mentioned, it refers to the contractor's guarantee against structural flaws. It is also subject to the terms and conditions stated in the individual Master Agreements that the contractors have signed for the particular purpose of construction.
