Make a Reservation with Us
All set to go! The booking fee is 5% of the project's projected cost.

Obtain Comprehensive Plans
Our architects will work with you to create detailed drawings and designs until you are happy.
Floor plans, 3D elevations, electrical, plumbing, and structural drawings are all included in house construction blueprints.
Your contract is worked on by the project management team, who are assigned a project manager.
The system receives all project information, including specifications, work and payment schedules, etc.
Incredible Construction has begun.

Monitor and Deal
Ss infracorp offers an escrow concept where you send the money for each stage of the project in order to guarantee complete trust.
The money is only given to the contractor once a stage has been successfully completed.
Through frequent site visits and our system and procedures, our project management team keeps an eye on and tracks your project.
The project updates are sent to you via our customer application.

Come to an agreement
In the last and ultimate phase. We see to it that you feel comfortable in your recently built house. This is not the end of our adventure together. We offer a five-year warranty.
