Indeed. A booking fee equal to approximately 2% of the total cost of building a home is collected by SS InfraCorp. In addition, we carry out soil testing, digital surveys, and floor plan creation.

How long will it take to build a house from scratch?

A house construction project takes between six and fourteen months to finish. It usually takes five months to create the first floor and one and a half months for each additional floor. However, a number of factors, including design, construction type (foundation or core), locations, built-up area, and space, affect this. On the client app, you may monitor all aspects of your project, such as updates, inspection reports, payment schedules, etc.

Must I pay the entire amount in advance of the job commencing?
